If for any reason you're not at home when your order is delivered, you should receive a card with contact details to re-arrange a delivery.

Our cut-off time for next day delivery is 12pm. Any orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following day on our next day service. If you require a timed delivery, please get in contact before placing your order.

International Postage

We offer international postage to most countries in Western Europe. We send everything via our courier in a fully tracked service. Delivery generally takes 2-3 working days for Europe. If you reside in a country which we don't currently ship to and would like a quote, please get in contact and we would be happy to provide you a detailed quote.
